Play Hostel Arcos is a cool spot with a vintage building and comfy beds. The staff is nice and helpful, even going above and beyond for guests. The hostel is located within walking distance of great spots in a cool neighborhood like Palermo.

The common area is just alright and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

A bit bad smelled bathrooms, no free towel. The lockers at rooms could offer better solution. The upside beds doesn´t have any holders, danger of fall during sleep.

We loved the location, just around the corner from a subway stop and next to a great shopping center with delicious food stands. the staff at Play Hostel Arcos was always friendly and helpful, and the activities they offered, like the Tango lesson, were a lot of fun and budget-friendly. the facilities were clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hostel in Palermo and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. They even offered to store my luggage after I checked out and allowed me to use their shower. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and big windows. The AC was amazing, especially after a long day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee, as well as the quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a great location and friendly staff.
